This training pack was developed to help leaders and high level ICs manage up and around.

It focuses on stakeholder mapping, using 1:1 meetings to develop relationships, and provides space to customize a memo template for future stakeholder management. The session ground participants in research on teams and provides space for reflection and time to practice.

Before the training, attendees should be surveyed and/or interviewed to establish needs and customize the training.

This training was developed for a cohort of Data Science Leaders across organizations and rated one of the highest of the program.
